Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and virtual assistant services provided by DedicatAide Solutions (“DedicatAide,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

DedicatAide matches you with a dedicated, vetted virtual assistant who completes tasks you delegate, supported by AI tools. Services include administrative support, social media, customer service, content, marketing, web/tech, bookkeeping, research and data entry, and executive support, as described on our website.

2. Free Trial

Eligible plans include a complimentary 3-hour trial within your first 7 days. A payment method is required via PayPal to activate your subscription, but you are not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. The Lite plan does not include a free trial.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a set number of hours per month at the stated rate. Additional hours beyond your plan are billed at your plan's additional-hour rate.
• On the Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans, unused hours roll over (up to 10, 20, and 40 hours respectively). Rollover hours are forfeited on cancellation.
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to your included hours through the end of that cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Working Hours

Virtual assistants are generally available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday (24/5), across time zones. Weekend coverage is available on request at an additional cost.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the access your VA needs to perform tasks.
• Use the services lawfully and not for any fraudulent, harmful, or infringing purpose.
• Maintain your own backups of critical data and accounts.
• Be responsible for activity conducted through accounts you grant access to.

7. Confidentiality

Every virtual assistant signs a non-disclosure agreement before accessing your information. We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to provide the services.

8. Intellectual Property

Work product created for you by your virtual assistant as part of the services belongs to you upon delivery, with full rights transferred once the corresponding fees are paid. Our website, brand, and underlying materials remain our property.

9. Quality & Re-matching

If you are not satisfied with your assigned VA, we will re-match you at no extra cost. Our goal is reliable, high-quality work; however, services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice; our bookkeeping services support, and do not replace, a licensed accountant or CPA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DedicatAide's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DedicatAide harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. General

• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the services.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between you and DedicatAide regarding the services.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
