Will my data be put into AI tools? How is it kept safe?
You stay in control. We use business-tier AI tools with data-retention turned off wherever possible, sign an NDA on day one, and agree with you up front what data may and may not be used with AI. Sensitive information is handled to your policy, not ours.
Do I need to understand AI to use this service?
No — that's the point. You describe the outcome you want; your assistant chooses the tools, builds the workflow, and supervises it. You get the benefit of AI without having to learn or babysit any of it.
Can you automate the workflows I already use?
Yes. Most clients start by handing us a few repetitive, multi-step tasks they do every week. We map the workflow, automate the parts that should be automated, and keep a human checkpoint where judgment matters — then document it as an SOP so it keeps running.
