We want the decision to work with DedicatAide Solutions to feel risk-free. This policy explains how the free trial, billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
Eligible plans include a 3-hour free trial within your first 7 days. A payment method is required via PayPal to activate the subscription, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. The Lite plan does not include a free trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing va@dedicataide.com or through your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep access to your included hours until then. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
On the Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans, unused hours roll over to the next cycle (up to 10, 20, and 40 hours respectively). Any unused rollover hours are forfeited when you cancel your subscription and are not refundable.
Email va@dedicataide.com with your account email and request. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on PayPal's processing times.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're quick to resolve issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of services while the dispute is reviewed.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated date.
