Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want the decision to work with DedicatAide Solutions to feel risk-free. This policy explains how the free trial, billing, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Free Trial

Eligible plans include a 3-hour free trial within your first 7 days. A payment method is required via PayPal to activate the subscription, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. The Lite plan does not include a free trial.

2. Subscription Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance through PayPal and renew automatically.
• Your monthly fee covers the included hours for that cycle.
• Additional hours used beyond your plan are billed at your plan's additional-hour rate.
• All amounts are in US Dollars (USD).

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing va@dedicataide.com or through your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep access to your included hours until then. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.

4. Refunds

• During the free trial: cancel any time before it ends and you are charged nothing.
• Monthly subscriptions: because plans are month-to-month and hours are reserved for you, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
• Service issues: if work was not delivered as agreed, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review it and, at our discretion, re-do the work, credit hours, or issue a partial/full refund for the affected portion.

5. Hours Rollover

On the Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans, unused hours roll over to the next cycle (up to 10, 20, and 40 hours respectively). Any unused rollover hours are forfeited when you cancel your subscription and are not refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Email va@dedicataide.com with your account email and request. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on PayPal's processing times.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're quick to resolve issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of services while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated date.
