Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of DedicatAide, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
DedicatAide provides virtual assistant services, which may include administrative tasks, email management, scheduling, and other tasks as agreed upon with the client. The services are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1. Payment: Clients agree to pay for services in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms. Payment may be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods. DedicatAide reserves the right to change its pricing, and any such changes will be communicated in advance.
3.2. Refund Policy: Any refund on your DedicatAide Solutions membership fees shall be governed by the Refund Policy stated below. Further, some specific task-based plans and other services may be governed by their individual refund policies or the project contract. In all such cases, the individual refund policy or the project contract terms shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless it is contrary to this, in which case the individual service/project contract refund terms shall supersede this policy.
DedicatAide Solutions bills its customers in advance at the beginning of each month based on the appropriate plan that the customer has subscribed to.
Refund Approval & Processing
- Management Discretion: The top management of DedicatAide Solutions reserves the sole right to approve or deny any refund request. Refunds will only be considered in the worst-case scenario where we are unable to provide a resolution or fulfill our service obligations.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.
Cancellation & Downgrades
Cancellation and downgrades will only be processed if the client has served the due notice period for cancellation/downgrades. All cancellation and downgrade requests require a 30-day notice period.
Non-Usage of Plan Hours
Refunds on non-usage of plan hours by the customer are not permitted. Only rollovers are permitted as per the terms and conditions of the plan.
Deficiency in Service
In the event of a deficiency in service, DedicatAide Solutions will make every reasonable effort to rectify the problem and rework on the task/assignment/project and deliver it back to the customer. Compensation on account of deficiency in service will be provided only in terms of additional hours of service on a pro-rata basis as per plan.
All such requests must be routed to the Quality Department of DedicatAide Solutions either through direct email or through the web form within 3 business days of receipt of a completed task/assignment/project, failing which it is presumed that the service quality is acceptable and there is no deficiency in service. The decision of the company will be final and binding on this matter.
General Terms
- All tasks/assignments/projects are undertaken on a best-effort basis only.
- Any credits due to errors in billing, referral discounts, or any such items shall be made to your credit card.
- To prevent fraudulent acts, credits are only issued back through the same payment process as the payment was made through, and no substitutions are allowed (e.g., if paid via Visa, the refund will be processed to the same Visa card).
- You may be subject to credit card transaction charges and exchange rate fluctuations on refunds due to payment gateway and intermediary bank policies. DedicatAide Solutions has no control over these charges.
- Our responsibility is to issue a credit (where agreed) within 3 business days after case resolution.
- Credits are not applicable on items bought on behalf of the customer using the customer’s credit card.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide DedicatAide with all necessary information, materials, and access required to perform the requested tasks. Clients are also responsible for communicating their expectations and needs clearly.
5. Termination of Services
DedicatAide reserves the right to terminate services for clients who violate these terms or engage in abusive or inappropriate conduct. In such cases, any applicable refund will be determined in accordance with the refund policy.
6. Privacy and Data Security
DedicatAide is committed to protecting client data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, clients agree to the terms described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
DedicatAide may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
